In Stock Items: If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your merchandise within 3 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. You MUST receive a return authorization from us in order to make a return or exchange. Packages returned, refused, postmarked after 3 days of receipt, and/or without a return authorization will not be accepted and you will be responsible for all costs. At the time of order it is required to state your wear date for the item ordered. Once you have placed an order with thepromdresses.com you may not cancel your order unless the item ordered is not able to be delivered prior to your wear date. If your order is time sensitive, please e-mail us at info@thepromdresses.com to confirm stock availability and ship date.
To Obtain a Return Authorization: Email us at info@thepromdresses.com within 3 days (including weekends) of delivery to make a return. You will be issued a return authorization number that must be marked clearly on the outside of the box. A UPS electronic return label will be emailed to you for your return shipment. You will be charged $12.00 for the return shipping. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Returned goods are inspected and must be returned in their original condition. Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging. Any snags, rips, stains, odors, or other damages will result in the item being returned to you at your expense. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item in the original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Special Order Items: Special orders are orders for dresses that we do not currently have in stock and are not scheduled to come into stock. You will be contacted immediately if the item you have ordered is not currently in stock and needs to be special ordered. At that time, it is your option to place the special order, cancel your order, or select other merchandise. Once a special order is confirmed there will be no option for a return, exchange, or cancellation.

Low Price Guarantee: If you find the product that you are looking for at a lower price on the internet, we will match it! Simply contact us at info@thepromdresses.com and tell us where to find the item at a lower price prior to placing your order. We will verify the price and then match it.
Our lower price guarantee applies to dresses available for purchase from another online store with secure online order processing. Guarantee only applies to regular price merchandise: If the dress on their site is marked as “Sale”, “Hot Deal”, “Clearance”, “Special”, or in any way denotes a specially priced item, the guarantee does not apply. We will not honor errors on other sites. Internet auction sites do not apply. Shipping charges from competitor’s website will be included once the price is verified, as some sites will discount items only to make up the difference with excessive handling costs. To verify prices we must be able to locate the merchandise, price, and shipping and handling fees on the competitor’s web site.
